Jay Carroll is a values-based, results-oriented CEO with 30+ years of experience leading and growing marketing agencies and commercial/direct mail printing operations. Jay is a former college and professional athlete, and the Co-Founder/CEO of SeQuel Response, a Minneapolis based ad agency with ~$50MM in revenue and the 3rd highest ranked agency in MN in 2022. After an average annual growth of 40% over a 13-year period, SeQuel was sold in August of 2022 for an enterprise valuation that exceeded industry comparables.

 

Jay is viewed as a strong servant leader who builds healthy, values-based cultures that foster employee retention, client retention, business continuity, and consistent profitable growth. This assessment tool is a confidential survey distributed to the Sr. Leaders within the organization.  Verbatim responses and scoring are aggregated to provide an overall corporate “health score,” which includes constructive feedback per critical area of assessment.

EXECUTIVE EFFECTIVENESS

This tool acts as a high level 360° review for senior leadership within the company.  The survey is confidentially distributed to a core group that includes the CEO/president/owner, management peers, the manager’s reports, and any other co-workers determined to be appropriate by Sr. Management.  The goal of the survey is to assess the effectiveness and reception of the leader and provide a roadmap for ongoing individual improvement. 

SALES ASSESSMENT
