Jay is a former college and professional athlete, and the Co-Founder/CEO of SeQuel Response, a Minneapolis based ad agency with ~$50MM in revenue and the 3rd highest ranked agency in MN in 2022. After an average annual growth of 40% over a 13-year period, SeQuel was sold in August of 2022 for an enterprise valuation that exceeded industry comparables.

CMC begins with a thorough situation analysis, which eventually leads to a discussion of recommendations for improvement and action plans for implementation.
